Effective date: July 13, 2013

Our fees, will take account of the degrees of skill and responsibilities involved and the time necessary to complete the work. A separate fee will be charged for the various classes of work undertaken, unless outlined in the original quote.

However, we reserve the right to issue fee notes on a time spent basis prior to the completion of a particular project at our discretion. Our normal terms and conditions of payment will apply to these invoices. We also reserve the right to request payment in advance for some tasks and for special disbursements. If for any reason a matter is not completed, a charge will be made for the work already undertaken.

Our fees are payable 14 days from the date of issues of the invoice. In the event that an invoices remains outstanding after the due date, interest and costs will be charged in accordance with The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Any disputes arising on an invoice must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.

For invoices to companies, the Directors of the company shall be jointly and severally answerable and responsible for the due payment by the company of the fees due to Awarai Studios Limited. In the event of any default on the part of the company in paying the fees due, the Directors shall personally be jointly and severally limited immediately for the payment of such to Awarai Studios Limited.
